Chef Peter Coleman has over 20 years’ experience in commercial kitchens. He trained as a chef in the fine dining restaurants of the Hunter Valley in NSW, Australia, and has since worked in Canada, the UK, and France. Pete loves to cook and is passionate about two things; food and living in the mountains! He and his wife Lesley have now completed seven winter seasons in private chalets in Meribel. Lesley has worked as a hospitality manager across the globe. Organised and versatile she always strives to be the perfect host for guests at Arolla. Before your stay, Lesley and Pete are on-hand to discuss and help with any of their guests needs – dietary requirements, lift passes, equipment hire, ski lessons, mountain guides, nanny services, transport arrangements, masseuses …. anything! Their aim is always to ensure their guests have their best holiday ever.
