Our skilled Chef, Greg Raulin, is passionate about cooking and using the best quality produce, locally sourced where possible, to satisfy the clients tastes. His culinary styles range from Gastronomic & French to Japanese & Asian cuisine. With over 20 years experience in professional kitchens, Greg works efficiently alongside his partner Jo who has completed five winter seasons working in private chalets in and around Meribel. With a strong career background in public relations and hospitality management Jo always strives to be the perfect host for her guests at Arolla and maintain a meticulously clean, welcoming atmosphere. Before your stay, Jo and Greg are on hand to discuss and help with any of their guests needs – dietary requirements, lift passes, equipment hire, ski lessons, mountain guides, nanny services, transport arrangements, masseuses…! As a private chalet, we are really able to focus on the personal touches and cater to each individual guests requirements. Our aim is always to ensure our guests have the best holiday ever and wish to come back!
