Food
Food is of the highest priority at Chalet Arolla, our meals are always prepared fresh using locally sourced produce where possible.  Our in-house chef has fourteen years experience and is able and happy to cater to all our guests tastes, whatever they may be.

Included in your stay with us are breakfast, afternoon tea and evening meals 6 days a week.  Breakfast comprises bread, pastries, croissants and cereals, yoghurt, jams and spreads, fresh fruit and juices, and your choice of freshly cooked bacon and eggs with all the trimmings.

Dinner takes the form of restaurant style 4 or 5 course meal.  Our chef Peter describes his food as modern Australia with a Frencth twist!  At Arolla we aim to provide you with a truly bespoke holiday experience, and are happy to tailor the dining times and menus to suit your needs and tastes!

Wine & Spirits

In addition to meals, we provide wine for your stay.  If you fancy something stronger to drink, we also have a fully equipped bar here at Chalet Arolla, which we operate on an honesty system.  Our bar is well stocked, so do please bring a bottle of your favourite tipple and make yourself at home!
